• To ensure your Duet Postcards arrive approximately on the 1st week of the month for a fresh start, our custom print orders closes on the 15th of the previous month.

    • Subscribed by the 15th? Your Duet Postcards will arrive in your letterbox on the 1st week of the very next month.

    • Subscribed after the 10th? Your Duet Postcards will begin the following month, as we only print what we need to minimise environmental and material waste.

    • We ship internationally so everyone can engage in our ever-curious exploration of “who do we become because of each other?”

    • To keep subscription costs affordable and fair, tracking is not included in this service. A flat-rate shipping fee of $3 is charged on top of the monthly $12 subscription cost.

    • Please check that your shipping address is accurate in your Squarespace Member Portal.

    • If you believe that your Duet Postcards are lost in transit, please reach out to us using the form below.

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.

    • The 48-Hour Rule: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel your subscription via your Member Portal at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

    • If a cancellation is made after your monthly payment has successfully processed, that final month's parcel will be fulfilled, and your subscription will terminate the following month. Unfortunately, no partial refunds are provided.
